Our Mission

Our Mission is to partner with you to help you achieve your greatest potential as God's servants. We desire all of those who are connected to MTGM to rise to their highest level of fruitfulness and accomplishment for God's Kingdom. God wants you to experience success, and achieve one hundred-fold fruitfulness. We're here to help.

Our Strategy

Here's how we go about accomplishing this Mission:

First, we recognize the tremendous need for a relationship-based network of individuals, churches and ministries that provides a family setting. We believe, and have experienced, the simple truth that fruitfulness flows out of relationships. The blessings of God are a result of our relationship with Him and with those He has connected us to in His Body. MTGM is a family, a portion of the household of the Lord, made up of people whom God has sovereignly knit together to love, encourage and support each other, and to receive from each other's gifts and callings.

Second, we are committed to encourage, seek and build servant leadership and team ministry. We honor those whom God honors, while at the same time we maintain that we are co-laborers together in Christ. MTGM is not about rank, hierarchy, or politics, but rather function and fruitfulness. We are all equally serving the Lord according to our gifts and callings.

Third, we understand that leadership needs time for refreshing, restoration and renewed vitality and vision. Jesus insisted that His disciples come apart from the pressures and demands of ministry and rest for a while. They often went to a secluded place on a mountaintop or by the seaside to regroup. You need these times of refreshing. We provide opportunities for spiritual family reunions, where you can gather with others to pray, play, and sharpen one another, in the context of common vision and purpose.

Fourth, we promote the safety and wisdom of corporate counsel. This is the primary purpose of our annual Spiritual Summits. MTGM serves as a threshing floor, where colleagues who love us, and will be faithful to us, can help us to process the grain of prophetic revelation. In this conference setting, seasoned, mature leaders speak a fresh word of God into our lives.

Fifth, we all need a place of accountability. MTGM encourages the Biblical standard of Kingdom ethics and integrity. It is dangerous to walk alone. If you fall, who will pick you up? But if two walk together and one stumbles, the other can help him back up. A threefold cord is not easily broken.

Sixth, we exist to establish, strengthen and facilitate all forms of Christian ministry. Through mentoring and ordination we provide spiritual recommendation and accountability for those in active ministry. We seek to advance God's Kingdom through the establishment of churches, ministries, schools, mission outreaches and educational programs, Christian businesses, printing and publications, music and recordings, arts, and broadcasting via all forms of media.

Seventh, we affirm other ministries of like precious faith and vision who are serving the Lord Jesus Christ. Our desire is to partner and cross-pollinate with the wider church body.
